A lizard had his eye on a fly. A hen had her eye on the lizard.
A lizard had his eye on a fly. A hen had her eye on the lizard. A fox had his eye on the hen.
A lizard had his eye on a fly. A hen had her eye on the lizard. A fox had his eye on the hen. A hunter had his eye on the fox.
Death had its eye on the hunter.
Catch as catch can! The hunter saw death.
The fox saw the hunter. The hen saw the fox. The lizard saw the hen. The fly saw the lizard.
If you let go, then I’ll let you go!
The lizard let the fly go.
The hen let the lizard go. The fox let the hen go.
The hunter let the fox go.
Run for your lives!
The only ones left were death and the fly.
Death went on his way and the fly followed behind. And now that is why a fly always follows in the wake of death.
