Now another day is breaking. sleep was sweet and so is weaking. Dear Lord,I promised you last night never again to sulk or fight. Such vows are easier to keep when a child sound asleep. Today. O Lord, for Your dear sake, I'll try to keep them when awake.
Lord, for the comforts of last night with many thanks, I pray. And unto You I give myself today and everyday . Amen
O Lord, to You I pray while from my bed I rise, that all I do and all I say be pleasing to Your eyes. Amen
My Father, for another night of quiet sleep and rest. for all the joys of morning light. Thy holy name be blessed. Amen
God made sun, and God made the trees. God made the mountains, and God made me.
Angels of God, my guardian dear, to whom God's love commits me here: Ever this day, be at my side to light and guard, to rule and guide. Amen
Lord, keep my family in Your sight, as through day we fare. And when we all come home tonight, our love for You we'll share. Amen
Now, before I run yo play, let me not forget to pray to God who kept me through the night and walked me in the morning light. Help me, Lord, to love Thee more than I ever have before. In my work and in my play. be Thou with me through the day. Amen
