Where Is Home?
Onana, ten years old, leaves his native country, Cameroon, in West Africa, and arrives in France with his mother.
The young boy is amazed by the huge airport, the modern and comfortable transportation, the supermarkets, and the apparent abundance.
He is also happy to see his father again, who had come a few years earlier.
But Onana is surprised by how little people talk to each other, by the cold weather, and by a way of life very different from the one he knows.
Little by little, he begins to feel homesick.
He finds himself torn between two cultures, feeling deeply the differences between them.
